Our apartment is located only few steps from the piste on a private footpath. Exact 2 minutes is the time you need to walk from housedoor to the edge of the ski slope to Achter Jet Gondola.
If you like tobbogan you can practicly slide down to our parking area. In the skiing arena there is a large selection of "Huts" with sun terraces. As Flachau is one of the most innovative skiing areas in all Austria you will be surpriced how convenient you travel up mountain, some chairlifts even has heating in the seats.

After skiing is only a curve away, and why not enjoy the Music Bar - Musistadl another few minutes away from Griessenkarweg houses.
Our apartments are are located on one of many MTB routes, Action center only 5 minutes from the apartment. We have an arrangement with Perner Sport for bike rental, brought direct to the apartments prior to your arrival. Ask for more information when you contact the owners.
Dont hesitate to rent one of the very popular E-Bikes, you are able to see so much in only one day and bike even 12% hills like the one up to Zauchensee.
Flachau is the first village in the world to have placed loading stations for the E-bikes a map is not yet available.
Here are many attractiv summer action offers. If you are travelling with children we have a highchair and babycot available for you. Our estate offers a small playground shared by 5 houses on the site.
